15mm Axle Adapter for RockShox Boxxer V2 (2019 – Present)  Built for Real Performance

Looking for a 15mm axle adapter for the RockShox Boxxer V2 that gives you flexibility without locking you into one axle choice?
The Fox40 V2 Adapter System is a fully engineered performance solution for riders who want control over their setup while maintaining downhill-level strength and reliability.

This version includes only the CNC-machined adapter components and allows you to install a 15×110 mm Boost front wheel into a 20×110 mm RockShox Boxxer fork (2019–present) using your preferred 15mm axle.

Modular by Design: Choose Your Axle

The Fox40 V2 system is designed to work with different axle configurations, depending on your riding style and preference.

Option 1: Freaky Nuts Hell Pin (Solid Axle, Recommended Upgrade)

Upgrade your setup with the Freaky Nuts Hell Pin, a solid (non-hollow) 15 mm axle, CNC-machined from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminum.

Why choose the Hell Pin:

• Maximum torsional stiffness

• Direct, precise steering feel

• Zero flex under braking and hard impacts

This is the strongest configuration available and our preferred choice for uncompromising performance.

Option 2: Hollow 15mm Thru Axle

The adapter system is fully compatible with hollow axles such as the 15mm RockShox Stealth Maxle Thru Axle or any equivalent standard 15mm thru axle.

Ideal if:

• You prefer a hollow axle

• You already own a Stealth Maxle

• You want to keep your current setup

Strength where it matters, choice where you want it.

Precision CNC Machining

All adapter components are CNC-machined with extreme precision for a perfect interface with the RockShox Boxxer V2 fork. The adapters seat cleanly, lock securely, and remain silent — no rattling, no play.

Installation is straightforward:

• Install with a standard Allen key

• No special tools required

• Everything else on the fork remains unchanged
