We didn’t start this to build a brand. We started this because stuff kept failing.
Not in a dramatic way, just the kind of annoying, real-world problems you run into when you actually ride:
- axles that don’t match
- standards that aren’t really “standard”
- parts that almost fit… but not quite
The kind of things that shouldn’t be complicated but somehow are real fuck-ups.
The Axle Mess (You Know What We Mean)
One of the biggest headaches? The sheer diversity of axles and how incompatible they often are.
Different forks, different standards, slightly different dimensions…
and suddenly you’re stuck with something that just doesn’t work together the way it should.
So we started fixing that.
What We Solve
We design axle solutions that actually make sense across real setups.
Right now, we offer solutions for:
- Fox Podium
- Fox 40
- RockShox Boxxer
- Marzocchi Bomber
- Manitou Dorado
And because we like pushing things a bit further…
we’ve even developed an axle that allows you to mount pegs on a RockShox Pike built for urban/street riders who like doing things differently.
Real Problems, Real Use
This isn’t lab stuff.
This comes from:
- riding in mud, rain, dust
- swapping parts between builds
- figuring out why something should work… but doesn’t
And then making it work anyway.
About Those Collor-Finishes
Another thing we kept seeing over time:
When magnesium and aircraft-grade aluminum sit together — especially in rough conditions you get that darker corrosion layer forming.
Nothing new. Nothing dangerous.
Just… not always what you want your bike to look like.
So instead of ignoring it:
we now offer most of our parts anodized in black — for the same price
- holds up better visually
- stays cleaner-looking over time
- no extra cost
And Yeah… We Still Get Bored
Black is our default now.
But every now and then we’ll drop:
- raw anodized versions
- gold anodized (especially for Fox 40 setups)
- or other small experimental runs
Just because we can, and because it works!
No Corporate Talk
We’re not a marketing machine.
We’re not going to throw buzzwords at you.
This stuff exists for one reason:
it should fit, it should work, and it should keep working
That’s it.
If you’ve ever been annoyed by standards that don’t match or parts that almost fit…
