Why doesn’t your 15mm NON Boost wheel fit your Marzocchi Bomber 58? The Bomber 58 uses a 20×110 downhill front axle system. Your modern trail, enduro or e-bike probably uses a 15×110 Boost or Non Boost front wheel. Although both standards use a 110mm hub width, the axle diameter and fork interface are different. That is why your 15mm NON Boost wheel cannot be installed directly in the Bomber 58.

The Freakynuts® Boost / Non-Boost Converter makes it possible to run a 15mm Boost front wheel in the Marzocchi Bomber 58 and older Fox 40 models with a non-Boost brake mount position.
Trying to install your Boost wheel and finding that the brake rotor touches or scrapes against the brake mount? That is exactly the problem this converter was designed to solve. A Boost hub positions the brake disc differently than the classic non-Boost DH standard, so simply adapting the axle diameter is not always enough.
