Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, all sales are generally final. However, refunds or returns may be considered only in good faith and through clear, prior agreement with us. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds as a rule. Exceptions may be made only through good and orderly consultation, with a well-founded agreement reached between the customer and us.
If a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, which is sealed with a void sticker. If the seal is broken, the right to return is void.
All returns require prior approval from our customer service. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Order Accuracy

Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, sizes, colors, and personalized details. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made, and the sale is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

Each product is thoroughly tested before shipping to ensure it is free from defects. We do not accept responsibility for damage incurred during transit.
If the package shows signs of damage upon delivery, please refuse the parcel or open it in the presence of the delivery person and report the issue immediately. This procedure is necessary to file claims with the shipping company.
We cannot accept claims for damage reported after acceptance without following this procedure.

Shipping and Tracking

All products are shipped via DHL Deutsche Post Premium or UPS Expedited, ensuring reliable and fully traceable delivery. After completing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

If your shipment becomes untraceable or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us through our contact page — we’ll look into it right away.

International Shipments (Outside EU)

Our products can be shipped internationally. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by the destination country’s customs authorities. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees.

We ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: we handle transportation to the agreed delivery location, but all import formalities and associated costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at your expense.

Custom Orders

Our products are handcrafted and often customized to your specifications. Therefore, returns or refunds are generally not available except under the conditions outlined above.
